FLORAL CONCEPTS

  • Can florals be customized? 

    Yes, you can click on “Design your own” (hyperlink to page)  and create any combination of colors and flowers you desire. You can also simply give us a call or WhatsApp us on +971 52 6622251 for orders. 

  • How can I change my order after it’s been placed?

    If you need to change your order, contact us through email on hi@butter.ae or even through Instagram direct message @butterdxb as soon as possible. We’ll be happy to help you amend your order, however in some cases when we work with fresh florals if the order has already been created we will be unable to change. 

  • Can I cancel my order? 

    All cancellations for decor must be done at least 48 hours prior to the date of the event and all cancellations for florals must be done at least 24 hours prior to the date of delivery. If you still wish to cancel beyond our mentioned time, all orders will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee. Personalized items will not be cancellable. 

  • What are the different type of florals used in Butter’s arrangements? 

    Butter can use fresh florals, forever roses or imitation flowers for the arrangements you want depending on what you wish to create. 

  • What are forever roses? 

    Real roses that are in full bloom - in its most beautiful form are cut and preserved. They’re then designed into perfect arrangements that can bloom in your space for 1-2 years without the need of any water or sunlight! They are easy to tend to and will remain beautiful.

  • If my Forever Roses are damaged can I return them?

    At Butter, we strive to deliver high quality arrangements. If for any reason, the forever roses are damaged in transit or you have concerns with regards to the quality of the product, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery. Upon review if damage is sustained at our end, we will either replace the flower product or provide a refund. 

  • What are imitation flowers?

    Imitation flowers are high quality and superior replicated flowers through synthetic materials. The colors and textures are hard to tell apart from those of its’ fresh flower counterpart. Our imitation flowers will look beautiful for a life-time with no care at all. These arrangements are pieces that will be with you for tens of years to come.
